Our Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

Below is a message from our principle consultant, Stephan Wynne, in regards to Deeptech’s response to Covid-19.

I wanted to update you on what Deeptech is doing in response to COVID-19. We, like many other tech companies, are currently adapting our working arrangements to slow the spread of COVID-19

We have been actively monitoring and managing risks associated with the outbreak for our people, clients and our business. As we prepare and respond, our number one priority will always be the safety of our employees, and the employees of our suppliers and clients.

In response to COVID-19, we have introduced the following measures to reduce the risk of disruption to the services we provide you:

  • moving to work from home arrangements for all staff;
  • all staff have the ability and resources to work from home;
  • suspending all non-critical international and domestic business travel.

As part of our Health and Safety policy, every Deeptech employee has the technical and professional resources required to continue to provide technical support for our clients and our dedicated team can be reached on 08 6365 4500 or servicedesk@deeptech.com.au

In essence, everything stays the same, the only difference is you might hear kids in the background.

As the situation develops and we have further updates and we will keep you closely informed. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please let our IT service team know.
