The Deeptech remote support connection is used by our helpdesk to provide instant remote support to your PC. We use it to gain control of a remote PC, Mac, or smartphone over the web in seconds, without the need to pre-install software. Please contact the Deeptech helpdesk to get your 6-digit PIN. If you are asked to approve or download an applet after clicking 'Connect to Deeptech' please accept and you will be connected through to the Deeptech Helpdesk. If you are on a Mac you will first need to download a small file which will run once its downloaded.
