Deeptech understands that your IT issues are our IT issues. If you have a problem, you want fixed with a minimum of fuss and without reinventing the wheel each time. The goal of the helpdesk is to do exactly that, fix your problem with a minimum of fuss and store the knowledge away for future use.


By using the helpdesk your problem is registered, assigned, actioned, waiting for your approval and the problem will be tracked from start to finish.

In order to make the process as easy as possible we have an online helpdesk for you - helpdesk.deeptech.com.au. The Deeptech online helpdesk enables you to send and check up on helpdesk requests from any PC or PDA, anywhere, anytime. You can also call us on 1800 786 818 and speak directly with a friendly helpdesk representive, our offices are manned during business hours and we have an afterhours service available to our account customers.

Helpdesk Primer


To log into the helpdesk, simply use your username (your email address) and password. If you do not have a password and wish to either change or have an account created please call the helpdesk on 1800 786 818 during business hours. One you have logged in you can log new calls and check the status of exisiting calls. If you have manager access then you can also review your past account usage and billing.


Response Times

All afterhours calls or calls marked as urgent should be logged by calling 1800 786 818.

Urgent - Within 1 Hour

Normal - Within 4 hours

Low - Next Business Day
